This is our very first posting, as we are brand new to the blogging world. (Not to cooking though) This is also the very first time I have made these Swedish Meatballs. I have made "Porcupine Meatballs" many times over the thirty something years I have been cooking. I found this recipe on the Foodnetwork website, from Alton Brown's episode "Meatballs for All" 2005. We found them to be very easy and very delicious.
They proved to be rich, creamy and very fullfilling. We served ours over egg noodles, however they can also be served with rice or mashed potatoes. Give them a try, we are sure you will enjoy them as much as we did
